Robert Minkus has 10+ years experience in a number of senior HR/IR roles in diverse multi-site operations. Experience includes: -

 

  1. Participation as a member of 3 successful National management teams that have delivered growth, profit and wealth i.e. strong EBIT results, significant SVA generation,  retention of revenue, improvement of EBIT and margins.
  2. The development of relevant HR Strategy integral, complimentary and supportive of the operational requirements of the Business.
  3. The leading of HR initiatives/teams in a cost effective and results orientated manner consistent with budgeted and strategic requirements.
  4. The management and active involvement in the delivery of a pragmatic and pro-active IR capability.
  5. Sponsored and managed collaborative development initiatives within operational management to improve teamwork, leadership and coaching capabilities of line/project managers.
  6. The integration of performance management, organisational development and incentive systems to support the achievement of business objectives including organisational change.
The effective management and delivery of a hands on HR service and the timely provision of advice to business unit managers in dynamic and growing organisations
